Getting started

How do I make my first film?

Press Make my free film, add the address and at least three photos (10 to 25 is the sweet spot), choose a vibe and a voice, then press Create film. You only sign in, with Google or an emailed code, at that last step.

How long does it take?

Most films are ready in a few minutes. The progress screen shows each real step. You can close the tab: we email you when it is done, and the film waits on your dashboard.

What do I get?

One edit in five cuts: vertical 9:16 (1080x1920), portrait 4:5 (1080x1350), square 1:1, widescreen 16:9 and an unbranded 16:9 MLS cut. Free plan cuts are 720p and watermarked. Download them one by one or together as a ZIP.

Photos and imports

Which photos work best?

Ten to twenty five well lit photos: the front, the main living space, the kitchen, the primary suite, and whatever the buyer is really paying for, whether that is a dock, a view or a garage. Landscape photos are fine; each shot is reframed for vertical. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 25 MB each, 40 per listing.

Can I import from a listing link?

Yes. Paste a brokerage or single property page and we fill in the photos and details. You choose which photos to keep and confirm you have the right to use them. Redfin and Realtor.com links work when their pages allow it. Zillow, Trulia, HotPads and StreetEasy links are refused because their terms forbid it.

What does the photo rights checkbox mean?

That you are the listing agent, or that the photographer or brokerage has licensed the photos to you for marketing this property. Photographers usually own their photos even after you pay for them.

Editing a film

What can I change?

In the editor you can reorder, remove and retime shots, change any camera move, regenerate a single shot, rewrite narration line by line, switch caption style, music mood, voice and language. Press Apply changes to render; only what changed is redone.

Do edits cost a listing?

No. A listing is used when you first create the film. Edits and re-renders of that film are free.

The director

What is the director?

A chat in the editor. Ask in your own words, for example "open on the pool", "make it under 30 seconds" or "Spanish voiceover". It uses the same operations as the shot list and shows every change before anything happens; press Apply to timeline, then Apply changes to render.

Photo tools

What can the photo tools do?

Twilight conversion, blue sky replacement, decluttering or removing something you name, and virtual staging in six styles. Open a photo with Enhance in the create flow or Photo in the editor.

Why do edited photos carry a label?

Edited photos show "Digitally enhanced" and staged photos "Virtually staged" in the film and on the website, and the label cannot be removed. California (AB 723, in force since 1 January 2026) and many MLSs require disclosure of altered listing photos; rules vary, so check yours. Your originals are always kept and you can switch back.

Voices and narration

Which languages and voices are there?

Ten voices, each able to speak English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Hindi, Italian, Dutch, Japanese and Chinese. Press play to hear a voice in the language you picked.

Can it sound like me?

Two ways. Record your own narration in the editor with a teleprompter that follows the film, on any plan. Or, on Pro and Studio, clone your voice after recording a consent statement.

Sharing and websites

What is the listing website?

A page for each film with the film, gallery, details, a map, your contact card and an enquiry form. Enquiries arrive by email and in the website's dashboard, with views, plays, how much was watched and where visitors came from.

How do I use the QR code?

Download it from the website dashboard as PNG or SVG for sign riders and flyers. Scans are counted separately so you can see what the sign brings in.

What do I put in the MLS virtual tour field?

The unbranded MLS link from the website dashboard. It shows the unbranded cut and the property only, with no agent name, logo or contact details, which is what many MLSs require in the virtual tour field. Rules vary by MLS.

Teams

How do teams work?

On Pro (2 seats) and Studio (5 seats), invite teammates from Team. Editors make and edit films with the shared brand kit and the owner's listings; viewers watch, download and share.

Plans and billing

Will I be charged without noticing?

No. The free plan needs no card and never converts by itself. Paid plans are monthly by default, and we email you 7 days before any yearly renewal.

How do I cancel or change plan?

Open Billing and press Manage or cancel. It takes two clicks; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

What happens to unused listings?

On paid plans unused monthly listings roll over for up to three months. Listings from packs never expire.

Troubleshooting

My film says it needs attention

Something failed while rendering. Press Try again on the film; it does not use another listing. If it fails twice, email us the listing address and we will look at it.

I did not get the sign-in email

Check spam and promotions, then ask for a new code. Codes expire after 15 minutes.

The import says the site blocked us

Some sites block automated requests. Download the photos from the listing (or ask your photographer) and drop them into the create flow instead.
