A film failed or a shot looks wrong

The film hit a problem

1. Open the film. It shows This film hit a problem with a short reason.
2. Press Try again.
3. If it fails twice, email us the listing address from the contact page and we will look at it.

A failed film gives its listing back automatically, and trying again uses it again, so you never pay twice for the same film. Billing shows this as Failed film refunded. If you have no listings left at that moment, the retry asks you to upgrade or add a pack.

One shot looks wrong

1. Press Edit film and find the shot.
2. Press Regenerate for a new version, change the camera move to a gentler one such as Hold or Push in, put a different photo in with Photo, or remove the shot.
3. Press Apply changes.

A shot marked AI shot is a generated hero shot. If it does not look like the home, remove it or regenerate it.

The film is waiting

Your film is in the queue with Waiting for a render slot means it has not started yet. It starts on its own when a slot is free; you do not need to keep the tab open.
