What the import brings in
Paste the listing URL at the top of the create page. Property Video Generator reads the public page and fills in what it finds: the photos, the address, and where the page shows them, the price, beds, baths and size. You then choose which photos to keep, check the details, pick a vibe and a voice, and press create.
Up to 40 photos come across per listing. If a page has more, keep the 10 to 25 best; the film will be better for it.

When a link is refused or a site blocks us, the create page tells you and you upload the photos directly. Nothing else changes; an uploaded listing gets exactly the same film.
Check three things before you press create
First, the price. Imported details come from the page as written, and a stale price in a film that is already on Instagram is worse than no price at all. Second, the photo set: pages sometimes include a map tile, a floor plan or your headshot in the gallery, and those make poor shots. Leave them out with one click. Third, sale or rent. A rental needs the title card and script to talk to renters, and the import cannot always tell.

After the import, it is just a listing
Imported photos behave exactly like uploaded ones. You can reorder, leave out, edit them with photo tools, and change the film by hand or by asking the AI Director. The listing can also get a listing website with a showing request form.

Does it work with Zillow links?
No. Zillow, Trulia, HotPads and StreetEasy links are refused because their terms forbid it. Upload the photos directly instead.
Does it work with Redfin and Realtor.com?
Yes, public listing pages on both import, as do many brokerage sites.
What if some photos are missing?
Drag the missing ones in. Imported and uploaded photos sit side by side in the same listing.
Do I need an account to import?
No. Paste the link and set everything up first; you sign in with Google or an emailed code only when you press create.
