Photo tools
Twilight, blue sky, declutter and staging, labelled every time.
The shoot was booked for a Tuesday and Tuesday was grey. Swap the sky, or turn the front elevation into a dusk shot, and the film picks up the new version. The label comes with it.

What you get
Photo tools, in detail.
Virtual twilight
A daytime exterior becomes dusk with the windows lit. It makes a good closing shot, and sometimes a better opening one.
Blue sky
Replaces a flat grey sky and leaves the roofline alone.
Declutter
Clears counters and surfaces. Useful when the seller was still living there on shoot day.
Virtual staging
Furnishes an empty room. Best on the two or three rooms buyers struggle to picture empty, usually the living room and the main bedroom; staging every room starts to look like a catalogue.
Labels you cannot switch off
Edited photos say "Digitally enhanced" and staged ones "Virtually staged", in the film and on the listing website. The original is always kept.
An image model makes these edits. Look at every one before it goes out, as you would with a retoucher. If it moved a wall or a window, do not use it.

Disclosure is built in, not optional
California's AB 723, in force since 1 January 2026, requires a statement on or next to a digitally altered listing photo plus a link, URL or QR code to the unaltered original, and many MLSs have their own rules on staging and editing. We label every edit by default and keep the originals so you are not relying on memory at 11pm before a launch. This is not legal advice: check your state and your MLS.

Questions
Questions agents ask.
How many edits do I get?
Per listing: 5 on Free, 10 on Starter, 20 on Pro and 40 on Studio.
Can I remove the label?
No. A buyer who tours a house and finds a grey sky is annoyed; one who finds an empty room that looked furnished can complain to your board. The label stays.
Does staging change walls or windows?
It should not, and the model is told not to. If an edit changes the structure of the room, discard it and use the original.
