Shoot day stays the same length
No walkthrough clip, no second pass with a gimbal. The film is cut from the stills you shot for the gallery, including the drone stills.
Delivered with the gallery
Five cuts from one edit: 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9 and an unbranded MLS 16:9. The agent posts what they need and you stop getting "can I get this vertical?" emails.
Branded for the agent, or not
Each listing can carry the agent's logo and contact card, or none, for agents who brand everything themselves.
Retouching that discloses itself
Twilight, blue sky, declutter and staging, each labelled in the film and on the listing page. Your California agents need that under AB 723, in force since 1 January 2026.
Seats for the editor
Studio has 5 seats, so whoever culls and edits the set can build the films too.
A typical day
From shoot to delivery

Morning: shoot as usual
Exteriors, every room, the details you always get. Two angles of the main living space give the edit something to choose between.
- 02
Afternoon: cull, edit, upload
Upload the finished set straight after your edit. The film picks the strongest frames, orders them as a walkthrough, and renders in a few minutes. Check it against the house you saw that morning.
- 03
Next morning: deliver
Add the cuts to the same gallery link as the photos. If your promise is next-morning delivery, the film does not change it.

What should I charge?
That depends on your market and what you charge for photos; we will not pretend to know it. Work back from the cost: about $6.23 a film on Studio at full use, plus the few minutes it takes you to check one.
Can I brand films for different agents?
Yes. Each listing can carry its own contact card and logo, or none at all.
Does the film change my photos?
Camera moves are built from depth in your photo, so the composition you shot is kept. Any edit made with the photo tools is labelled.
Can I upload walkthrough video or drone footage?
Not yet. Films are built from stills only. Drone stills work fine as photos.
What resolution do I deliver?
1080p on every paid plan. 4K masters on Studio are coming, not live.
Is there an API for bulk work?
