Realtor.com listing video: from your listing link to a virtual tour on the page
Realtor.com is fed by MLS data, so the video on your Realtor.com listing is whatever your MLS sends. The useful part is the other direction: a live Realtor.com listing is a quick place to start a film.

Start from the listing link
If your listing is already on Realtor.com, you do not need to dig the photos out of a Dropbox folder. Paste the Realtor.com listing link at the top of the create page. Property Video Generator reads the page and brings in the photos and the details it can find: address, price, beds, baths and size.
- Paste the link. You can do this before signing in; we ask you to sign in only when you press create.
- Pick the photos to keep. Up to 40 import; 10 to 25 usually make the best film. Property Video Generator leaves out near duplicates and weaker angles on its own, and you can override it.
- Check the details. The narration is checked against them, so a wrong bath count becomes a wrong line.
- Choose a vibe, a voice or your own narration, and press create. Render takes a few minutes; we email you when it is done.
Use your own listings. The import is for agents and photographers making films of homes they represent or shot. More on how it works in listing link to video.
How video appears on Realtor.com
As of October 2026, Realtor.com shows a virtual tour or video link on the listing page when the MLS feed includes one. Agents with a Realtor.com professional account may also be able to add a tour link on the listing itself, but the MLS route is the one that keeps every portal in step.
| Field in your MLS | What to put there | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Unbranded virtual tour URL | The unbranded link from your listing website, or the MLS cut as an unlisted YouTube video | This is the field most MLSs syndicate to Realtor.com and Zillow. |
| Branded virtual tour URL (if your MLS has one) | Your branded listing website | Some MLSs keep a separate branded field that goes to fewer places. Check what yours syndicates. |
| Syndication settings | Realtor.com turned on for the listing and its media | If it is off, nothing you paste will show. |
MLSs generally want a link, not a file. They do not take an MP4 upload in the tour field; they take a URL that plays without a sign in.
The cut Realtor.com buyers see
The link in the MLS field needs to be unbranded under most MLS rules: no name, logo, phone number or website on screen or in the narration. Property Video Generator's MLS cut is built that way, and its narration describes the property rather than the agent, so the same script runs on every cut. If you record your own narration, leave your name and number out of it; they belong on the branded cuts.
Staging and editing labels stay in. If you used virtual staging or virtual twilight, the film says so on the relevant shots, which is what most MLS and state disclosure rules ask for. See virtual staging and photo editing disclosure.
Worked example: a 600 sq ft studio in Chicago
A studio condo in River North, 600 sq ft, $239,000, already live on Realtor.com with 14 photos. The agent pastes the Realtor.com link, keeps 12 photos, and picks Bright family pacing with a calm voice because the unit is small and the light is the selling point.
Property Video Generator plans a 38 second walkthrough: the window wall first, then the kitchen, the sleeping nook, the bath, and the building's roof deck last. The agent posts the vertical cut on Instagram, puts the unbranded link from the listing website into the MLS tour field, and the tour link appears on Realtor.com once the feed updates.

Import the photos, check the details, and get every cut including the unbranded MLS version.
Questions
Questions agents ask.
Can Property Video Generator import photos from Realtor.com?
Yes. Paste the Realtor.com listing link on the create page and the photos and details come in. Zillow, Trulia, HotPads and StreetEasy links are refused because their terms forbid it.
How do I add a video to my Realtor.com listing?
Put an unbranded video link in your MLS virtual tour field and make sure syndication to Realtor.com is on. Realtor.com reads it from the MLS feed. Field names vary by MLS.
Does Property Video Generator upload to Realtor.com?
No. There is no Realtor.com integration. You paste the unbranded link into your MLS, and the MLS feed carries it to Realtor.com.
Can I upload an MP4 file to the MLS tour field?
Usually not. The field takes a link that plays without a sign in, such as the unbranded link from a Property Video Generator listing website or an unlisted YouTube upload of the MLS cut.
