Most listing videos are slideshows. We got tired of watching them.

We watched a lot of listing videos first, including the public examples from the best known AI tools. Most were the same film. Photos in upload order, one slow zoom each, a cut every two or three seconds whether the shot was a powder room or the view, the front door first and a contact card that runs longer than the kitchen.

An editor cuts a property differently. They open on the dock if the house is on the water, hold the great room for four seconds and the hall bath for one, walk you through in the order you would actually walk, and end before you get bored. They reframe the vertical version for a phone instead of cropping the middle out of a landscape photo. And they would never add a window that is not there.

That is the film we set out to make from still photos. Camera moves come from depth in each photo, so walls stay where the photographer put them. Narration and captions are there for people scrolling with the sound off. One upload gives you the 9:16, 4:5, 1:1, 16:9 and an unbranded MLS cut, plus a listing page and a posting calendar so the film gets seen after it is made.

We also read a lot of reviews of tools in this space. Quality came up, but the angriest ones were about a free trial that turned into a yearly charge. So the free plan never asks for a card, paid plans are monthly unless you choose otherwise, and we email you a week before any yearly renewal.

Some things are not finished, and the pages where they matter say so. Direct posting turns on platform by platform as each one approves our app; until then you download the cut and copy the caption. The API and the partner program are waitlists. 4K masters and white label delivery for photographers are still being built.
