Invite teammates and choose roles

1. Open Team from the account menu, or go to Team.
2. Type a Team name and press Save.
3. Under Invite a teammate, enter their email, choose Editor or Viewer, and press Send invite.
4. They open the email, sign in with Google or a code, and join.

Roles

• Owner: the plan, billing and the team.
• Editor: makes and edits films using the owner's listings and the shared brand kit.
• Viewer: watches, downloads and shares films.

Under Members you can change a role, Remove a member or Revoke a pending invite. If every seat is in use, the invite form is replaced by a link to the plans.

Teammates who also have their own account see a switch at the top of the create page: the team's name or My films. Pick the team to use the team's listings.

To leave a team you were invited to, press Leave team on the same page. You lose access to its films.
