Cancel your plan or delete your account

Cancel a plan

1. Open Billing.
2. Press Manage or cancel, then cancel in the billing portal.

The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, and Billing shows Cancelled, ends at period end. After that you are on Free. Your films stay in your account.

Delete your account

1. Cancel any paid plan first. Deleting is blocked while a plan is active or on hold.
2. At the bottom of Billing, under Delete account, press Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE in the box and confirm.
