Which photos work best
How many photos to use, which rooms to cover, accepted file types and sizes, and what to leave out.
The film is planned from your photos, so the set decides most of the result. Professional listing photos give the best films. A careful phone set works.
- How many: at least 3, up to 40. Between 10 and 25 works best.
- Coverage: the front exterior, the main living area, the kitchen, the primary bedroom and bath, outdoor space, any view, and the feature that sells the home. Two angles of the main rooms help.
- Light: bright and even. Very dark or blown out photos are the most likely to be left out.
- Shape: horizontal photos are fine. Each shot is reframed for the vertical cut.
- Files: JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 25 MB each.
You do not need to sort or trim the set. Near duplicates and weaker angles are left out of the film, but they stay with the listing. To use one later, press Photo on a shot in the editor and pick it under Listing photos.
Video clips and drone footage cannot be uploaded. Photos only.
