Free real estate reel hook generator

The first two seconds decide whether anyone watches the rest. Paste the listing facts and get three hooks from three different angles, each with the words on screen, the first line to say, and the photo to open on. It is the same step our film planner runs before every edit.

Free, no sign up. A few uses per visitor so it stays free for everyone.

Three hooks appear here

Each with the words on screen, the first spoken line and the shot to open on, from three different angles.

Want more examples first? Our guide to real estate reel hooks lists openings by listing type, and the script generator writes the rest of the narration.

Using the result

What to do with the result

  1. 01

Open on the hook shot, not the front door

Put the photo the hook names first in your Reel. A film that opens on the fireplace or the view earns the next three seconds; the front elevation with the address on it usually does not, unless the house itself is the story.

  2. 02

Keep the words short enough to read

On a phone, about eight words is what people read at a glance before the next shot. Put the price, beds and baths later, or in the caption, unless the number is the hook.

  3. 03

Say it in your own voice

Read the spoken line out loud. If it sounds like an ad, change a word or two until it sounds like you, then record it or use it as the first line of the narration.

Questions

Questions about this tool

What makes a good real estate reel hook?

One specific, true detail a viewer can see in the first shot: the stone fireplace, the acre of pines, the 12 minute walk to the beach the listing mentions. Vague lines like "your dream home awaits" could open any video and get scrolled past.

Will it make things up?

It is told to use only the facts you paste, and to leave out numbers you did not give it. Read every hook before you post, especially anything with a price or a distance.

Does it follow fair housing rules?

The writer is instructed to describe the property, never the people it suits, and to avoid words like "safe" for a neighbourhood. You are still the one publishing, so check it against your MLS and state rules.

Why three hooks?

Because the best angle depends on the listing: sometimes it is a feature, sometimes a number, sometimes the setting. Seeing three side by side makes the choice easier, and you can test two of them on different days.

Why is there a limit?

Eight runs an hour per visitor keeps the tool free for everyone.

Hooks, plus the film that opens on them

Property Video Generator picks the strongest photo, writes the hook line for it, and builds a narrated film around it in five cuts. Two listings a month are free, no card.
