VideoTour.ai has more ways in than any tool we have looked at: paste a Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com, Realtor.ca, Rightmove, Zoopla, realestate.com.au, Domain or Airbnb link, or upload up to 60 photos. Around the tour it sells a long list of AI extras, from voiceover with voice cloning to an avatar presenter, staging, 3D text and an AI drone shot, and its first video is free with no card and no watermark. People look for an alternative mostly because of how those extras are paid for: most run on credits on top of the plan, and the pricing pages open on annual billing. What VideoTour.ai does well

Imports from nine portals, Zillow and Rightmove included. Trulia links, plain addresses and MLS numbers do not import, per its help centre.
A free first video with no card and no watermark, which is rare. The allowance is one video and 50 AI credits, once.
AI voiceover with cloning from 10 seconds of audio, your own uploaded narration, and an avatar presenter built from one photo.

How the credits add up

Each plan includes AI credits (100 a month on Independent, 400 on Agency, 2,000 on Enterprise), and the free pan or zoom on each photo costs nothing. The extras draw on those credits, and its help centre says regenerations are charged every time, so "unlimited revisions" covers edits that do not call the AI again.

In practice, two transitions use all of Independent's 100 monthly credits, as does one minute of a talking head. That is not a hidden fee: packs are cheap and never expire. But it means the $2.90 a video on the pricing card is the price of a tour without the extras the homepage shows.

Other reasons agents look elsewhere

Annual is the default. The homepage and pricing page open on annual billing; the keyword landing pages show annual prices only.
No refunds once paid, including for a finished video you dislike; billing errors and proven technical failures are refunded, per its terms.
AI motion can add things. Its own FAQ says AI motion can add objects that are not in the photo. For a home buyers will walk through, check every generated shot.
One shape per render. 16:9, 9:16 or 1:1; you change the format, rebuild and download each version. There is no 4:5.
Proof you cannot check. Its pages claim a 4.8 average rating without naming a review platform, and label review screenshots as reconstructions. We found no Trustpilot profile for it.
