What the numbers leave out

A videographer brings real motion, drone shots and you on camera, and a person makes every editing choice. We make a narrated film in five cuts from the photos you already have, in minutes, and you can change it as often as you like without another listing. For a flagship listing, many agents do both.

Where the videographer figures come from (read 29 October 2026)

  1. [1] HomeLight (agent marketplace, editorial), How to make real estate listing videos (updated 15 October 2026): a typical 2 to 3 minute listing video costs $300 to $1,000; fees can reach $2,000 to $3,000 (from conversations with videographers, first reported in 2020)
  2. [2] TK Images (vendor price list, Texas), Realtor services (modified 13 October 2026): walkthrough video from $195 and cinematic from $295, up to 2 minutes, in 2 to 3 business days; vertical reel from $195; aerial footage +$50; agent feature +$100
  3. [3] HomeJab (vendor price list, national), Real estate video (undated): real estate video starting at $220 with 24 hour fulfilment on most orders; aerial video $269, delivered in 24 to 48 hours
  4. [4] Aerial Canvas (vendor price list, Bay Area), Bay Area pricing and terms of service (2025; terms updated 28 December 2023): cinematic video from $450 in 2 to 3 business days; drone from $250; one free revision round, then $100 an hour; $100 for each extra aspect ratio
  5. [5] The Close (trade publication), Real estate photography pricing guide (updated 16 December 2024): aerial drone video at a $300 flat fee; its drone guide (June 2025) gives $150 to $400 for a one minute drone video
  6. [6] Virtuance (vendor, national), Property walkthrough videos (undated): delivered by 5 PM the day after the shoot; edits not offered
  7. [7] Snappr (photography marketplace that also sells AI video), Real estate photography turnaround time: 2026 benchmark (4 September 2026): a median of 4 days from booking to shoot, across more than 12,000 US shoots; used here only for booking lead time

Using the result

What to do with the result

  1. 01

Use a real quote if you have one

Published ranges are a starting point. Your local videographer's price, with the drone and the vertical cut you actually want, is the number that matters.

  2. 02

Count the months you really list

If winter is slow, set fewer months. Monthly billing can stop in a month with no listings; a yearly plan is paid for all twelve.

  3. 03

    Decide listing by listing

A flagship listing with water views may deserve a shoot with a drone. The other twenty a year may not. The cheapest mix is often both.
