Questions
Billing questions agents actually ask
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. 2 listings a month, all five cuts, watermarked at 720p. We never ask for a card, so there is nothing for it to convert to by itself.
What counts as a listing?
One property. Creating its film uses one listing; every cut, every edit and every re-render of that film after that is included. A 4 bed you relist in spring with new photos is a new listing.
Monthly or yearly?
Monthly is the default. Yearly works out at $29, $79 or $199 a month, which is about 20 to 26% less, but only pick it once you know you will use it. We email you 7 days before any yearly renewal.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Billing in your dashboard, in two clicks. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for.
What happens to unused listings?
On paid plans they roll over for up to 3 months, so a slow January on Starter carries into a busy spring. Listings bought in packs do not expire.
Do you offer refunds?
If a render failed or a charge looks wrong, write to us and we will sort it out. The terms have the details.
Do you have plans for brokerages?
Studio includes 5 seats and 40 listings a month. For a bigger office or custom terms, write to us.
Which currency do you charge in?
US dollars. Our payment provider handles local tax where it applies.
